AI Data Extraction runs on an encrypted secure worker
The worker extracts your PDF's selectable text and asks a configured AI model to pull the fields you describe into clean JSON, then returns an extraction package — the model's JSON, a readable rendering, and a manifest recording the model and scope. It never fabricates data: with no AI model configured, a scanned PDF with no selectable text, or a model reply that isn't valid JSON, it fails honestly instead of guessing.

No builder is shown until the worker is ready, so AI Data Extraction never pretends to produce an extraction it cannot actually generate.

What happens
- 1. Encrypted uploadYour file is uploaded directly to short-lived, encrypted storage over a pre-signed URL.
- 2. Structural preflightEach file is checked that it really is the type it claims to be, and malformed ones are rejected. Files are not scanned for malware here.
- 3. Isolated processingA single-job sandbox with no network egress does the work, then is destroyed.
- 4. DownloadYou get a signed, expiring link to the result — no account required.
- 5. Auto-deleteInputs are wiped right after processing; outputs auto-delete within the retention window.
